Being a part-time junior chocolatier
Ever since my dad decided to stop working in a suit, 12 years ago, he has been a chocolatier. Naturally, he thought me his craft, so over the course of that year, we’ve worked on things together, I’ve created things with chocolate that I didn’t think possible and it’s given me a deep appreciation of quality in a product or service.
We did a collaboration with photographer Leonie Fernhout, concept and art direction by me.
